Here you are able to schedule one-on-one appointments for support with cryptocurrencies recommended in the VIP Experience.
Examples of tech support include:
Downloading crypto exchange apps, purchasing cryptos on exchanges; creating a XUMM, LOBSTR, or Metamask wallet; moving cryptocurrencies to a Nano or D’CENT wallet; setting up a D’CENT wallet or Nano; preparing for an airdrop; buying crypto on an exchange; staking; etc.
The tech team is able to help you with other tech areas where you need help that are not listed here.
Before your appointment:
1. Please make sure you have all passwords, trading PINS and seed words handy (NEVER tell or share your seed words to anyone, not even the tech team).
2. Please read and accept our agreement before scheduling an appointment with the tech team. (They check a box here and it opens to the Liability Agreement page).
